Civitta

Civitta is a "no frills" management consulting firm – specializing in fact-based advice and project implementation support – with focus on the Baltics region,including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Belarus.

Civitta was established in February of 2010 by Adam Saulius Vaina, a 6 year veteran of McKinsey and Company, where he was an Associate Partner. At McKinsey, Adam Saulius focused his work on PMM and comprehensive company turnaround programs in financial services and energy for some of the largest companies in Europe and Asia.

Civitta started as "an adventure" for Adam Saulius, who was asked by several Lithuanian executives to work in the country and advise on issues pressing for their companies. Adam Saulius employed a few analysts to help him in the projects that he started, and the idea of the "no frills" consulting company was born – combining experienced consultants with young analysts that could help clients get the recommendations implemented.

Nearly a year later, the adventure continues – many new people have joined Civitta, new business areas were discovered and new markers entered. Currently, the Civitta team is comprised of over 30 young and enthusiastic employees with diverse skills and experience. The consultants are mostly graduates of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and ISM University of Management and Economics.

Approach

Mission of Civitta is to provide high quality advice and project management services at fair, transparent prices to public and private sector companies. Civitta focuses on high-impact projects where we can tangibly improve our clients’ long term shareholder value.

Rather than the typical approach of consultants - working independently in their offices and producing reports - Civitta integrates with client team members working together at client premises, jointly delivering real change.
