“Pastavy dairy plant” seeking an investor for creation of cheese production


In particular, the company plans to build a plant with a capacity of at least 30 tons of cheese per day. To create a high-tech production specialists of the plant have already acknowledged with the organization of work on the best factories for the production of cheeses in Belarus, Ukraine, and Lithuania. "Now we discuss options for creation of future object, funding sources and search foreign investors interested in the project" - said the director.

“Pastavy dairy plant” produces processed, hard and semi-hard cheeses. The highest recognition among consumers gained an elite group of Swiss cheese "Tyzengauz", "Cheddar-Bel" and cheese "Cantal" with the mass fraction of fat 30%, referring to the group of the diet cheese. "However, the total production of cheeses currently occupy about 15%, so this is the direction the plant intends to actively develop," - said Ivan Yukhno.

During January-April of this year the plant produced goods at Br15 billion, which is 40% more than in the same period last year. Export to Russia and CIS countries accounts for $ 1.1 million.

The company specializes in the production of cheese, dairy products, casein, produces ice cream, mayonnaise - more than 40 kinds of products overall. The total number of employees is 268 people.
