Belarus, Turkey set up joint business association


Belarusian and Turkish businessmen have set up an association for joint business development. The presentation of the Belarusian-Turkish association BETID, which was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Belarus Veka Inal, took place in Minsk on 25 February.

According to Chairman of the new business association Alparslan Sarigoz, the company will stay committed to the principle “gather, unite and help find common language between businessmen of the two countries”.

The official hopes BETID will help Turkish and Belarusian businessmen effectively compete on the national and global markets. In his words, the association will implement new investment projects.

The Belarusian-Turkish association BETID was founded in 2010. Its primary goal is to integrate companies and businessmen of the two countries with the world business community.
